Decca Classics anuncia la publicación de Carnival, una colaboración muy especial entre la actriz ganadora de un Oscar Olivia Colman, el autor de libros infantiles Michael Morpurgo y los siete hermanos Kanneh-Mason: Isata, Braimah, Sheku, Konya, Jeneba, Aminata y Mariatu. El nuevo álbum de los Kanneh-Mason, el primero que graban como una familia, se publicará el 6 de noviembre de 2020.

Grabado en los Estudios Abbey Road de Londres, el disco incluye nuevos poemas escritos por el autor Michael Morpurgo, para acompañar la amada suite musical del compositor francés Camille Saint-Saëns, el “Carnaval de los animales”. Los poemas los lee el propio autor, a quien se une la actriz protagonista de La favorita, Olivia Colman, y músicos invitados completan la formación instrumental para tocar la suite.
