Edición de coleccionista y limitada del álbum de debut homónimo de Queen. Nuevamente remezclado por primera vez, se ha retitulado como Queen I para este lanzamiento. El logotipo de Queen de la portada, diseñado originalmente por Freddie Mercury, se ha actualizado añadiéndole el número romano "I". Esta edición de coleccionista ha sido nuevamente mezclada a partir de los masters multipista originales y con la canción "Mad The Swine" ahora reinstalada en el orden original del álbum. Los discos extra que completan el conjunto de 6CD+1LP incluyen: De Lane Lea Demos (también mezclado a partir de los masters multipista originales por primera vez), un CD compuesto íntegramente por música y diálogos inéditos de las sesiones de Queen I, un CD con versiones instrumentales y de acompañamiento del álbum, un CD en vivo con algunas de las mejores y más interesantes interpretaciones en vivo de las canciones de este álbum (algunas de las cuales son inéditas) y, finalmente, un disco compuesto por temas de Queen I que fueron grabados para la BBC Radio One (incluyendo anuncios de DJs). Incluye un libro de tapa dura de 108 páginas y tamaño 12" con fotografías raras e inéditas, letras escritas a mano, bocetos de Freddie Mercury y más. Presentado en una caja rígida de dos piezas con póster desplegable y cuatro fotos impresas.
