Este disco nominado Grammy se grabó durante los dos conciertos del legendario músico, compositor, arreglista y productor neoorleanés celebrados en el neoyorquino Joe’s Pub a finales de 2009 y se publicó originalmente en el sello Rounder en 2013. Entre los 25 cortes a piano y voz no faltan clásicos como 'Lipstick Traces (On a Cigarette)', 'Holy Cow' o 'Get Out of My Life, Woman'.
Disponible en 2CD (Jewel)- el CD2 incluye veinte cortes nunca antes publicados- y 2LP (vinilos 140g negros en portada gatefold) con los 25 cortes originales. Ambos formatos incluyen textos de Paul Siegel (productor original del disco) y Ashley Kahn (historiadora musical galardonada Grammy).
